Who we are
AI Training Jobs UK is operated by a UK-based sole trader. Contact: editorial@aitrainingjobs.uk. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.
Data we collect & lawful basis
- Account email (when you register), contract. Used to authenticate you and display your contributions.
- Comment content, legitimate interest (moderation). Comments are publicly visible. See "Comments" below.
- Newsletter email, consent. We store your email, a consent timestamp and the version of the consent text you agreed to. You can unsubscribe via the link in every email.
- Consent records, consent. We keep a record of your cookie and newsletter consent choices.
- Anonymised click counts, legitimate interest (service improvement). When you follow a /go/ link we log only the job id and a timestamp, no personal data.
- Basic analytics, consent. Only loaded after you accept analytics cookies. Aggregated and anonymised.
Comments are public
Comments you submit are published on the relevant page and are visible to anyone. Your display name (derived from your account) is shown alongside your comment. We moderate comments; the first comment from any new contributor is held for approval.
Retention
We keep newsletter consent records for as long as you're subscribed, plus the period required to demonstrate compliance. Comment content is retained for the lifetime of the page unless you request erasure. Anonymised click counts are kept indefinitely as they contain no personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectification of inaccurate data
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction of processing
- Objection to processing
- Data portability
